After harvest we dehydrate for 36 hours@95°F, brush off CVG & vacuum seal in mason jars. Products are made to order in small batches, wrapped in foil, vacuum sealed, & shipped in insulated foil mailers. Send us an Email with questions, concerns or just to verify we are real people making really great products. Most orders ship in 5-7 days. Refer us to a friend and get a discount or some free product. We still need more customers, but are getting close to sustainability.
